On Martin Luther king Jr. Day the staff of Edgewater Preschool and Children’s Village Preschool got together for a day of teacher continuing growth and education. In our childcare center programs we strive to stay abreast in all areas of early education.Therefore, we were enlightened by a college professor speaker who updated us on best curriculum planning practices and assessment for infants, toddlers and preschool age children. Additionally, we prepared flannel board stories to have readily available in our classrooms to enhance the development of language skills.
